Q: I've never attended a DocuTAP User Conference. What is it?

A: DocuTAP User Conference is the one place you can go to meet with other DocuTAP users. Over the course of two and a half days, you will be hearing from several DocuTAP and client experts. You will also select role-based workshops and breakouts that best meet your needs. 


Q: What do I wear?

A: The dress code is all about comfort. We'll be in business casual (jeans and a nice shirt). We do suggest wearing layers as some rooms may be cooler or warmer than others. Pro tip: bring comfortable shoes.


Q: Is hotel and flight a separate cost?

A: Yes, the flight and the hotel fees are separate and are your responsibility to book. The hotel at the conference site is offering a DocuTAP group rate.


Q: Do you accommodate for food allergies?

A: Of course! We will give you an opportunity tell us about any special dietary needs, and confirm accommodations during your registration. Watch your inbox for further details.


Q: When will I receive more details?

A: We’ll add essential information about the conference as it becomes available. You can also expect an email from us about a month prior to the conference with more details. We can't wait for you to join us! 


Q: How do I register?

A: Visit the Register page, check the workshops you’re most interested in, and click "Add to Cart." You will be taken through the checkout process. Once payment is received, your spot is reserved.


Q: What happens after I register?

A: You will receive a short confirmation with your order details and an email from DocuTAP to let you know we’ve received your registration information. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us.


Q: Are there limited registration spots?

A: Yes, there are limited registration spots. Don't wait. Reserve your spot today! 


Q: The User Conference is full. Can I be put on a waiting list?

A: Contact us to request to be added to the waiting list.


Q: Can I bring more than one person from my clinic?

A: Yes.  


Q: Do I still have to pay the full price if I can only attend one day of the DocuTAP User Conference?

A: Yes.  


Q: My plans changed, and I can no longer attend. Can I get a refund? 

A: Reservations must be canceled more than 30 days prior to the event to receive a refund. Any cancellation within 30 days of the event will not result in a refund.


Q: When is the last day I can register for the user conference?

A: You can register for the conference until September 3, 2018 or until the registration spots have been filled. Please watch your inbox for information regarding these details.
