About the 2018 DocuTAP User Conference
It’s almost time to pack your bags for the 2018 User Conference in the Mile-High City.
We hope you’re as excited as we are to spend three days stretching your DocuTAP muscles, pushing your boundaries, and learning all you need to know to make your business more successful than ever.
To make sure your conference experience as good as it can be, we’ve put together this list of must-know details for attendees and exhibitors to help you plan and prepare. (You can print this page for reference, or make sure you bookmark it on your phone for easy access.)

User Conference Schedule
The conference will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday,8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, and 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Friday. Full schedules for each conference tracks are available online. You will also receive a printed copy when you register. Most of the conference will take place at Le Méridien Hotel on Level 2. The exhibit hall is outside of the classrooms in the Foyer and Pre-Function space.
Registration and Exhibit Hall
Attendees can register from 7 to 9 a.m., October 3 on Level 2. You can pick up your name back and additional information during registration. The Exhibit Hall is in the Foyer and Pre-Function space and will be available for attendees from before sessions begin and during breaks.
Join our team at the AC Bar and Lounge for food, drinks, and entertainment after the conference. Great chance to connect with new contacts, old friends, and the DocuTAP team.
Be casual and comfortable. The DocuTAP team will be wearing jeans and casual shirts for the sessions. Because some rooms are chillier than other, we recommend wearing layers.
DocuTAP will provide lunch during the conference. If you have special dietary requests, please email email@example.com.
